RETURNS
We want our customers to be happy so if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of Opito Bay Salt Company products and wish to return them, please let us know via email along with the reason for returning and return the goods repackaged within 28 days to the following address:

If you wish to cancel or make a change to your order then you must notify us by email to accounts@opitobaysalt.co.nz. Orders are typically sent out within 24 hours - so be quick.
When returning goods, we recommend you use a secure method of delivery using Recorded Delivery which requires a signature on delivery, and confirming receipt, as we will not be responsible for the goods until received by us.
DAMAGED GOODS
We will take great care to ensure that you receive your order in good condition. If your goods are damaged, please email accounts@opitobaysalt.co.nz within 3 days of receipt of your order, quoting your order number, so that we can address the problem with the delivery company.
